The Voltek system can be fitted to any boom and will assist operators in operating safely around powerlines.
The system has the following characteristics:
1) Can be fitted to any boom, crane , manlift etc
2) Alarms the operator of High Voltage powerlines at 120 meters away!
3) Warns the operator when he is getting close to the minimum distance from the powerlines
4) Shuts off the power / E-stop circuit if the boom gets beyond the safe distance.
5) Upon E-stop reset, boom can only move away from powerlines
THIS SYSTEM IS A GREAT ASSISTANCE IN IMPROVING OPERATIONAL SAFETY.
